LVD (SCSI) Cables
The newest ultra 2 SCSI standard utilizes a new transceiver technology called low-voltage differential (LVD), offering full compatibility with older SCSI devices while increasing the total cable length to 12 meters. Ultra 2 can transfer up to 80MB/sec. across the entire SCSI bus, or approximately twice the speed of Ultra wide SCSI and up to eight times the speed of conventional fast SCSI. Internal LVD ribbon cables are built with either twisted flat or TPE-30awg cable. See our SCSI category for a complete listing.
